Getting ready for Homecoming w/Aunt Kailey...

Last night my youngest sister went to her High School (Clearfield) Homecoming dance. The sisters always try and go and see how beautiful she looks and help her get ready (if she needs it). Last night was no exception. She was GORGEOUS!!! Carlee loves to also get dressed up and pretend like she is going. When Kailey's date came to the door Carlee answered it and said, "I am ready to go Josh." Then she just kept hugging him... Too Cute!

Halloween 2007

I just got done putting up my Halloween decorations. I LOVE fall and Halloween is my favorite holiday. I started a decorating tradition last year that on top of my entertainment center I will put a photo of Carlee in her costume from the previous year. She was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, Carson was the Scarecrow and I was appropriately the Wicked Witch. However, SO many people thought that Carlee was a cabbage patch kid (I think because of the wig) what do you think?

Why I think she is so DANG cute (and FUNNY)-

While looking through the photos I was reminded of why I LOVE Carlee SO much. She is so cute, but she cracks me up all of the time (and she has her whole life as you can see from these older pictures)

quiet Mom! Please...

This is Carlee's new response to me when I ask her to help me clean up and start to sing the "Clean up song." She plugs her ears and says, "quiet Mom! Please..." Isn't that sad. My own daughter doesn't even want me to sing to her any more (and/or she doesn't want to clean up). At least she is asking please?
P.S. After posting all of these photos tonight I have learned it is time to start doing Carlee's hair different ways besides the two pony tails on the side of the head. She wears that WAY too often.

We FINALLY have a back yard--

Wahoo!!! We finally have a back yard. We planted grass seed this year on our HUGE back yard and this was just after the first mowing. I have since weeded the flower beds and picked the peaches off of our 2 1/2 peach trees we have left out of the 7 we started with. I love looking out my back windows to see grass instead of weeds. Next summer you are all invited to a bar-b-que/mowing party, BYOM (bring your own mower)!

Buy "Nake" with my "Monies"

The bite that about cost us more than $1.00.

Telling Pa what she used her dollar on.
My Dad has started to give Carlee dollars and/or monies every time he sees her so she can buy 'tweets.' Well the last treat she bought with her dollar almost cost her her life. She bought this HUGE gummy snake and bit the head off, but forgot to chew it up. It was a little scary. I then took some scissors and cut up pieces of it for her which she called snake poops, but it didn't stop her from eating it...

Pot Pots...

My parents have a little house in Lava Hot Springs so we go there whenever we have a chance... Carlee LOVES the Pot Pots (Hot Pots)! Especially if Pa is there and goes swimming with her. She has NO FEAR of water and jumps right in the Hot Pots and the Swimming Pools. Here are some photos from I don't know when??? (Sorry) Sometime this summer, I am sure.

Our family can make BOYS!!!

This is going to be hard to belive, BUT the Adams Family can really make BOYS.

I am a little behind in posting some blogs so I am going to take the next few minutes and try and get caught up. On Mother's Day this year we found out the Josh and Melinda are having another baby, but just a couple of weeks ago we found out it is a BOY! Can you believe it. We are finally getting a boy from the only boy in the family to carry on the Adams name. We can't wait to meet him (sometime around Christas).

Soon to be BIG SISTERS: Aliyah and Liberty
