Carson's new LOVE-

It was nice while it lasted...

Well our days of not having a car payment are gone... I told Carson that we had to go at least a year without any car payments before we could purchase a new car/truck. Well we have gone over a year and a half (and I have loved it) but that all ended today. We have added a member to our family. Meet BIG RED! Carson's dream has come true and he has had a perma SMILE all day. Today we purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra. The price, interest rate, warranty, size, brand, color, etc was right so we gave in... It is also nice that the truck has 4 doors and fits all 3 of us (to include the carseat, that didn't happen with the Nissan). So out with the old and in with the new. If anyone is looking for a good deal on a little Nissan Truck with 4-wheel drive let me know. hahaha!

Here is a photo of Carson's new LOVE-

Fresh from Heaven...

Today at 1:55 PM the first Adams grandson joined our family fresh from Heaven. He is ADORABLE. He has the cutest chubby cheeks and big feet. He weighed in at 8 lbs 2 oz and is 21 inches long. His name it TBD. He is SO loved by his big sisters, aunts, grandma, mommy and daddy already. Both baby and Mama are doing great. Here are some photos right after he was born (I just got home from the hospital). Sorry they are not of the best quality. They were taken with my camera phone.

All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth...

The other night my Mom had a granddaughter sleep over. We took Carlee over for a few hours while we went to dinner. When we came back the girls were showing us their loose teeth. While feeling Paiges I gave it a little tug and out it flew. Well after that (and the comment my Mom made about the Tooth Fairy at Grandma's bringing $5.00 instead of the normal $1.00) all the girls were trying to pull out their teeth. Even the ones that weren't lose, ready to come out and permanent. Carson ended up pulling out Liberty's tooth also. Here are some photos. I think that Libby is still in shock...

The girls holding their teeth in front of the tree.

Paige showing the hole where her tooth use to be.

Liberty showing her new window, also.

Sitting on Santa's lap-

We went to the mall today with my Mom for a few last Christmas gifts, and, of course, to see SANTA. Carlee was adorable. She ran up and gave him loves and sat on his lap for photos and then told him what she wanted and left with a candy cane. Thanks Santa!

FIRST Dentist Visit-

Holding up her hands for the ride. Weeeeee!

With her shades on because her little face is so small the light shines on her teeth and her eyes.

Carlee joined Carson and I for our 6-month dentist visit and was the PERFECT patient. Dr Sorensen gave her a ride on the chair and checked her teeth to make sure they are all getting cleaned well enough with her Elmo toothbrush. She passed with flying colors... Now let's just hope that her appt's continue to go this well. Thanks Dr Sorensen and staff for all of the prizes and gum (sugar free, of course).

Malena and Dan Kelly

Carson's little sister Malena got married last Saturday. CONGRATS Malena and Dan. Malena looked beautiful!!! She asked me to help her out with the wedding and I have not really done much wedding decorating so I was nervous, but I have to admit it turned out SO nice. I didn't know Dan very well because he was in Idaho and we were here. However, I LOVE him. He is such a great guy and is SO in love with Malena. It is SO cute to see how he is 'all over her.' He has spent countless hours to surprise her and make her a wedding present that will be theirs for the rest of their lives. He made her this bed with night stands to match. It was awesome. All us wives were jealous. Welcome to the family Dan.

Christmas Vacation Photos, FINALLY..

I am getting requests to update my blog and post photos of our recent trip to California. Sorry it has taken me so long. I have had a busy, crazy and fun week this week and am just now finding time. Here are a few of our photos of our trip to San Diego and Anaheim which was part of our family Christmas gift this year. We had a great time and as you can see in the photos Carlee was adorable with the characters at Disneyland and California Adventure. I can't wait to go back... (Thanks Merlinn, Travis and Isaac for sharing in the magic with us. We love you guys and are glad you came with us and/or or let us go with you). Brace yourself this could possibly be the LONGEST post I have ever done.

At California Adventure getting ready to go in and see the 3-D movie of Bugs Life. Carlee loved it even more than Elmo's 3-D movie at Sea World. She would try and grab the objects as they flew towards us, etc. It was cute.

Taking the tour ride on the double decker bus around the San Diego Zoo.

Catching a quick ride on the zoo toys before they closed and kicked us out.

Giving the donkey loves at the San Diego Temple.

A family photo op in around the nativity at the San Diego Temple. Look at the scenery and how blue the sky is. I would live in San Diego if I were rich.

Running away from the hair eating flamingos...

One of my favorite photos of all of them! This is Carlee and Baby Isaac in front of one of the many tanks at Sea World.

Riding the mammals (is this a mammal?).

In ELMO LAND at Sea World. This was one of the last things we did in Sea World so that we did not have to spend the whole day there. Carlee was in heaven.

Getting ready for the Elmo 3-D movie. She wore all of her 3-D movie glasses this way. It cracked us up.

On the beach in San Diego after we ate dinner at Joes Crab Shack, YUMMY!

Our travel buddies: Merlinn (Carson's sister), Travis and Baby Isaac

Carlee giving me loves on the beach.

Running up and giving Eyore loves.

Then posing for a photo with him. I loved that in a few years she could have that job. Look how short he is.

Carlee LOVES Tigger. Look at that smile!

Goofy being, well, goofy.

Yet another photo op in front of the Walt Disney Memorial in the center of Disneyland. (Are you getting bored yet and wondering why I didn't do a slide show? I am!)

Carlee fresh out of the bathroom in my shirt and the complimentary shower cap. Hahaha!

Mr Potato Head at the AWESOME new Toy Story ride. We did this one a couple of times.

Carlee telling Princess Ariel that she was her favorite. She would put her hands on her waist whenever she talked to any of the princesses. I am not sure why.

More loves for Baby Isaac.

Entering the ride we went on at least 8, yes EIGHT, times, Monsters Inc. This is in front of Boo's door. Carlee LOVES Monsters Inc.

Getting her own 3-D glasses for the Toy Story ride.

and again how she wore them. (Oh she also got her face painted this day.)

With Woody.

Carlee would put her hands up on EVERY ride even if it just stayed on the ground and was calm like this one in the kiddie area of California Adventure. Oh, and she held them up when the plane landed in SLC on the way home. hahaha

Our family Christmas card?

With Princess Jasmine.

and Princess Belle.

Giving Isaac a ride (and also trying to keep Carlee entertained in line for a ride).

In front of one of the MANY HUGE Christmas trees on the Disney property.

Checking out the SUPER LARGE bear...

The last day (and the last photo, whew!). Carlee could not get her eyes open she was SO tired and exhausted from the weeks activities. We had a GREAT time with LOTS of memories.
