Willard Bay again...

We went boating with some friends of ours at Willard Bay. Of course, I didn't get any of us on the boat, but lots of Carlee and her friends playing on the beach. We had a great time escaping from the 100 degree weather. . .

Scentsy Convention 2009 in SLC

This year was just as much fun as last year. Lots of free stuff and I always love learning how to be a better person and meeting new friends. Carson had been gone a month so he brought Carlee down for the family carnival night and stayed over. It was great to see him again and Carlee had a blast.

Did I mention Scentsy is 10% OFF this month and the new stuff comes out next month. Let me know what you want/need.

SIKE!!! Not going private after all...

For all of you who sent me your email addresses it was just a scam to get you some junk mail for a new multi-level marketing company I am starting. lol! Just kidding! I was going to go private on my blog because Carson was out of town for a month (possibly more) for work. That was the news. I was nervous about sharing info on his whereabouts, etc while he was away. However, now he is gone I am staying "UNPRIVATE" for now. Enjoy!

P.S. I deleted the "GOING PRIVATE" post so that your email addresses are just not floating out there in space.

Kiwanis Breakfast

Every year my Grandpa helps put on the Kiwanis Dinner for Clearfield City. However, this year they had a breakfast instead. It was a little cold, but a nice change from the hot weather we have been having. Carlee loved the tour of the fire trucks, eating and playing on the slides and swings. We also loved getting to see some of our favorite family members. Thanks Grandpa for a fun morning.

Purse Party...

Who wants to come with me? Who needs a new purse? My friend Kalli is having a party. Let me know if you want to go and we can carpool or meet somewhere. The invite reads:

Join us at my Designer Inspired Purse party!!!!!

See styles of Gucci, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Tommy, Dior, Dooney & Bourke, and Louis Vitton.

Remember they accept check or cash only. There is no credit card machine. It is open house style so you can come and go as it works best for you. There is no silly presentation, you just see if there is anything you can't live without, buy it and then go and show it off to all your friends and family. I really love that you can take what you want home that night.

Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

Bring your mothers, sisters and friends. (Which is why I am inviting all of you!) She lives in Layton. I hope we can all make it a girls night. Maybe dinner/movie before or after. What do you girls think?

CELEBRATION!!! Please join us...

NO WAY! 4 babies!?!

Remember that last post about our new pets and the small "joke" I made about babies. Ah, it wasn't a joke after all. I thought that maybe hamsters had to be at least 6 months to a year old to reproduce. I WAS WRONG! One night I went into Carlee's room to get her pj's and noticed that the dad was wandering and playing, but the mom was staying still in her nest she had made. Well guess what...she had 4 babies under her. I about DIED. They are 2 weeks old today and now we have 2 cages and 6 hamsters. They are adorable and Carlee has loved watching them grow. Yesterday they started to roam the cage themselves although their little eyes are still closed. Anyone need a new pet? They are easy to take care of and will take a lot of abuse without giving it back (Carlee dances with hers). Let me know. They are free and if we can't get rid of them soon (or as soon as we can) I might be paying people to take them.

Ariel and Flounder...

We have added 2 more members to our family. For Carlee's 3rd Birthday she got not 1, but 2 hamsters. Ariel and Flounder. They really are a boy and a girl and although they look exactly the same (except a minor part(s) near their rears) Carlee can tell them apart. She loves them so much. She is always checking on them and always wanting to hold them (which I let her every few days). Soon I am sure we will have babies if any one would like to start finding a cage or two (can you get hamsters fixed?).

Girls Camp

"Sacrifice brings forth the blessing of Heaven." I got to help a lot this year with Girls Camp. I did complain a few times that I was looking forward to it being over with, but when the time came I was SO sad. We had a great time. The weather was perfect and it was actually really relaxing. My favorite parts were, of course, the testimony meeting and awards ceremony. But this year I also loved the fashion show the girls put on with the Relief Society Sisters that came up. Here are a few photos...

Pedicures!

We can't get enough of them...
