Lucy's Birth Day Twin

My friend, Kim Bradshaw, in our ward here in Williamsburg had her cute little baby boy, Colton, the same day we had our cute little Lucy. Here are a few pictures from the hospital and the babies now...

SWINGIN'

Lucy's new love is also mine. For my birthday my mom, Mindy and Lindsey got me a swing for Lucy. They must all be mom's and know that is exactly what to give. Lucy loves it and SO DO I. I can put her in it and turn it on and get so much done. THANKS AGAIN Mind, Mom and Linds!

Rapunzel!

This is a photo of Carlee AFTER she got her haircut. I wish I would have got one of it before. You can't tell how long it is because it is curly, but in these photos she had just gotten about 4 inches cut off. I love her curls and long hair and so does she. However, she needed a haircut bad so that is what she got... It is still plenty long!

Smiling and SO CLOSE to giggling...

Hmm... Do you think they are related?

Sisters FOR SURE!

Lucy 2 Months

I CANNOT believe that Lucy is already 2 months. Where does the time go? She is growing up so fast. She has gained at least a few lbs in her cheeks. I love to kiss on them and her sweet little neck. She is such a good baby. She is sleeping 6-7 hrs a night NOT in my bed. :) Does anyone have some magic potion I can put on her to get to to stop growing? It breaks my heart that we had to move up a size in her clothing this month. She is NOT suppose to grow this fast. We're still SO in LOVE with her.

Kindergarten Picture Time

Look how beautiful my little girl is! She has grown up so fast. I can't believe she is already in Kindergarten. She keeps us laughing all the time and is such a GREAT helper. We love her SO much! (I also love how her school picture turned out!)

Lucy 1 Month

What did we ever do without our little Lucy? She is the highlight of our lives right now. She LOVES her baths and she has started to smile. Everywhere we go we get comments on her hair and how much she has. We LOVE her!

Halloween

This year for Halloween Carlee wanted to be a "Vampire Bride" (she makes up her own costumes), but since we couldn't make it to Busch Gardens before Halloween to buy her costume she ended up being a "Spider Princess." She cracks me up!
Carson and I went and watched Carlee's school Halloween parade. They go down the streets of Williamsburg. It's like a real parade, but with no candy or floats. Haha!
The Pirate is Principal Thorpe.
Even William and Mary's mascot joins in on the fun.
This is Carlee's class. Mrs Kinney is the teacher in the orange shirt.
Mrs Cochran is in the black shirt behind Carlee (she was walking toward us to tell us that she was SO embarrassed). All the Kindergarten classes have two teachers.
Then we went and helped with the class party. These are the "healthy" snacks that I took. The witch fingers are string cheese with green peppers for the nails and the eyeballs are olives on carrots. Both the peppers and olives are held on with ranch dip.
Lucy was a Kitty for this event. :)
My hot hubby scuzzing me off. He doesn't love his photos being taken. Haha!
An up close of Carlee's SPIDER PRINCESS costume.
Her cute little school class.
We left the school and went to the pumpkin patch to pick pumpkins and ride on the hayride (I didn't get photos. Sorry!) We then went to the outlets Trick-or-Treating. We scored! That was the best ever. Tons of treats, it is safe and warm and you can window shop while your kid has fun.

We ended the night carving pumpkins and passing out candy. It was a fun day!

UEA-Utah's Exciting Adventure (part 4)

The last night we were in Utah we spent at the corn maze and going to see Carlee's other set of Grandparents and introducing Lucy to their new grandchild. It was a fun exhausting night, but like I said the week was amazing and it was a good ending to a great week. Here are the last of the pictures (I warned you it was going to be a photo overload):

The fam hangin' out watching the sliders and feeling the warm fire.

Carlee on the fun slide.

Lovin' on Nico.
Grandma MaryJane and Grandpa Dannie Wilson (our next door neighbors in Willard)

All of us. Don't judge me and my kids too much on our looks we had just come from the corn maze and it was windy and cold and dusty...

UEA-Utah's Exciting Adventure (part 3) The Zoo

...continued from part 1 and part 2

Monday morning we woke up and went to the zoo with Melinda and her family, Grandma Becky and Lexi. It was the perfect weather day. We rode the train, the merry-go-round and saw the elephants, tigers, monkeys, giraffes, snakes, birds, turtles, and more. They are doing lots of renovations we are excited to see in the next couple of years.
