Christmas 2011

Santa found us this year at Grandma Becky's house in Syracuse, Utah. Carlee let him know a few times that we would be in Utah and not in Virginia. We all made out like bandits. Here is some of the loot...
Carlee's
Chloe's (the dogs)
Lucy's
Carson's
Grandma Becky's
Ashlee's
Carlee checking it out Christmas morning.
So excited with what she found in her stocking. However, her FAVORITE gift was her Felicity, American Girl Doll. Felicity is from Williamsburg, Virginia. Her and Carlee have a lot in common... :)
Lucy opening presents. Haha!
Grandma staged it so well, didn't she.

Why I LOVE not having TV

Why I LOVE not having TV (couch potato #1, 2 and 3), AND I am a huge fan of hand sanitizer. My girls are always putting their hands in their mouths. I don't get it!

The 1st, of many, toe nail paintings...

Aren't those the sweetest little feet ever...

Dad's Sweet Flip Phone

My Dad loves to send photos back to you that you send him. Sometimes I am not sure why. This particular time I completely understood...

I sent him this photo (or maybe he took it while we were home at Christmas):
And he sent back these ones:

He likes to be referred to as Ansel Adams.

Just for Carson

While I am personalizing Blog posts I need to do one for Carson.

One day while in Virginia Beach we stopped to get some water for a bottle. Well this man just happen to be in the parking lot with his "sweet ride." Needless to say we sat there while Carson talked to him, and drooled, for the next little while. I was going to delete these photos that I had taken with my phone for me to text to his friend, but I knew he would ask me about them again someday.

So honey...here you go!

Especially for J Larsen

Carson and I saw this license plate one day. I can't remember where, but I had to stop and take a photo because one of my best friends who I have known forever lives in VA, not to far from us, and her name is Jenny Larsen (J LARSEN). I mean really what are the chances? Haha! Love ya Jen! Let's go and play soon...

Bumbo Chair

Lucy tries out the Bumbo chair for the first time.
She LOVES it! (Thanks Aunt Kailey and Uncle Josh)

Lexi and Grandpa Chandler

My little sister, Lindsey, is a RN who works for a Hospice company. She gets to check on my Grandma and Grandpa at least once a week. She also can take her little girl Lexi with her occasionally. On this particular day Lexi was the nurse checking the vitals. I think this photo is so cute I had to share it.

I really miss my Grandpa. He is such an AMAZING man!

Ward Halloween Party

My friend, and amazing Visiting Teacher, took these photos of us at our Ward Halloween Party. I am just finding them on my computer and thought I better blog about them before it is Halloween 2012. Carlee went as her Spider Princess, but Carson, Lucy and I dressed up as the Flintstones. We WON the ward Halloween Costume prize. WAHOO!

Here are the photos she sent me:

These are just a few of the babies in our ward at the time of Halloween we have since added to that and have another group of pregnant mama's due this summer. Oh and yes I am the only one not looking at the camera...awesome, I know.

Carlee showing off her costume

We had to model our costumes to be judged. On a side note check out that spread in the background. We also had a chili cookoff.

The Flintstones!

First Piggy Tails

She sure has a mop of hair (minus the bald spot on the back of her head). We played dolls with her one day. She was a great sport!

Lucy 4 Months

Lucy is almost 6 months so it is time for me to catch up a little. I think what happens is that I get SO behind with what I need to blog on that I feel overwhelmed and then I just stop. I need to stop thinking that way AND stop getting behind.

Anyhow, our cute little Lucy is 4 months old in this photo. She loves to sit up and look around either in her Bumbo seat or her swing. She is also starting to teeth so she cannot keep her hands out of her mouth and has become a little cranky.

We love her to pieces!
