CHS FCCLA Trunk or Treat

We got invited to the Clearfield High School FCCLA Trunk or Treat (since out cute little Kailey is the FCCLA President and organized it all). However, we were thinking that it was tomorrow night (Halloween) and not tonight. So we got a call at 5:00 saying to make sure we are there at 5:30. Needless to say we were driving a little faster than 65 (but not too much over Dad) to make it on time. We got there with only 1 shoe, but we did have the stroller and the costume so it all worked out. It was LOTS of fun and Carlee got LOTS of candy. Thanks Kailey for the invite. You are the best Aunt ever!

Family Halloween Party

My Mom has started this tradition where every year she has a Halloween party. She goes to LOTS of work and it is always LOTS of fun. We are all sent in invitation and told to come dressed up and ready to have some fun. The whole menu/buffet is spooky foods with cute labels (I am sad I forgot to take a photo of the food). Then at the end she gives out awards and prizes. Here are some photos of just some of the costumes...

Fall time sliding-

We went to take Carlee on the FrontRunner train the other day only to get there and find out that they were done running for the night. So we had to find something else to do that was fun, and fast. We headed down the road and ran into a corn maze. We tried about 5 minutes of the maze, but Carlee was freaked out so we turned around and stayed out front and slid down the slide until all of our noses were running and toes were frozen and then we headed for home.

Dress up anyone?

We can never have enough of these photos posted on our blog. This is just 1 of the many days that she surprises me with her coordinating skills. She is just like her Dad.

Coloring w/Markers for the 1ST time (and maybe last)

Carlee's favorite color is BLUE. My Mom being a nice Grandma put her in her chair and gave her a BLUE marker to color with. Well it smelled good too so why not taste it also? This is the outcome---
