Lagoon, it's what fun is!

I don't know about you other bloggers out there, but my posts have gotten easier to do. I can see the photos to put comments underneath and there is not weird coding, etc. SO with that said.. I am feeling motivated to post some photos and blog posts. Enjoy!

These are from this past summer when my Mom was brave enough to take us all to Lagoon. Thanks Mom! It was TONS of fun.

This ride got a little slow for her after the first round. She was trying to stick her hand down in the water for the coins...

On this ride she was cracking me and my Mom up. She would not just push the bar forward or hold it back she was doing it both fast. She was giving us whiplash just watching her. You gotta love it!

This is her and her cousin, Paige (Lindseys daughter) that is at least 5 years older than her practicing for the BIG 16.

Cold and wet from Rattlesnake Rapids, but not too cold for bubble gum ice cream in Pioneer Village!

My mom and all the kids that went that day.
From left to right: Jake, Alexia (being held by my Mom), Paige, Madeline, Tyson and Carlee.

Giveaway Time. Prizes galore!!!

I have a new FAVORITE blog that Tara, my awesome Digital Scrapbooking friend and teacher introduced me to. Go HERE and enter Kevin & Amanda's Blog. You won't regret it. They have TONS of adorable stuff. My favorite thing about their site so far are their fonts. I use them for EVERYTHING now that I have downloaded them all with one click of a button. I also love all of her recipes. The cards are cute, but the recipes on them all look delicious. I won't have to wonder what to cook for at least another year or two. THANKS SO MUCH AMANDA!!! You're amazing.

Oh I was so excited I forgot to mention they are giving away PRIZES GALORE. Go and enter and DON'T FORGET TO TELL THEM I SENT YOU (that is just one of the many contests going).

A day at the ZOO!

One last trip to the Zoo for the year, while the weather was still nice. We took our nephew, Baby Ethan. It was LOTS of fun and Carlee has been SO excited to see the baby elephant ever since she found out it had been born. She went to the Zoo with Grandma Becky when the baby was still in the Mommy's tummy and has been waiting patiently for the big arrival. We made the mistake of telling/showing her on the news one night it was born. She had asked and asked to go and see it. We gave in!

The posing elephant. You have to wait your turn to get a photo... Too funny!

Carson and Baby Ethan. He loved the train, and didn't want to look at the camera. Carson helped him a little...

One last thing to check out before we left. A great way to wash your hands off too...

We only lost that Binky one or two times... Cute little E!

See those groundhogs?

I love this photo! Isn't she so dang cute!!! Whose kid is that anyway?

Whose kid you ask? HER DAD'S! Check out that tongue...

"Mom look! I am a turtle."

Taking a rest by one of the animals. Can't remember which one, sorry. Look close. Maybe you can tell.
BTW: she doesn't wear this outfit everyday, it just looks like it from these last few photos. It was a Gymboree deal outfit and she loves that the shirts has sparkles on it and says, "SWEET AS CAKE!" She really is so dang cute and sweet too. I love her more everyday!!!

Attacking Ducks!

Carlee loves to go to McDonalds for Family Home Evening and then go across the street and feed the ducks her leftovers. This particular night there was a large amount of ducks. I think she got attacked, or almost attacked, a few times. Not sure that will be a favorite thing to do on Monday nights anymore...
