I joined a gym a few weeks ago... STOP LAUGHING! I have really been going too. I have loved it. I joined Lady Fitness and I love that they set you up with a personal trainer, take all of your stats so you can see your success, there are no men there to feel intimidated by, and they have TONS of different things you can do (ie: classes, machines, etc). I already feel like I have gotten my money's worth. However, I am going to earn it back! They are sponsoring a BIGGEST LOSER competition that goes for 8-wks and get this...the winner gets $1000.00. That is right, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I mean do you know how many outfits that would buy? I might even take a little trip with the money once I win it. I love the show on TV, but I think that it is funny that I just sit and watch it and think I am going to change, but never do. The competition starts on the 24th and goes for 8 wks. Every week they give out other fun prizes like a free month of tanning, $100.00 gift certificate to a salon, a box of chocolates (just kidding), etc to the weekly winner and then award the overall winner money at the end. I am SO motivated. Good bye sweets and diet coke and HELLO GYM and WEIGHT WATCHERS. Wish me success, and send me your good Karma and any pointers, I will need them. I will try and keep you updated, maybe even a before and after photo in my black sports bra, NOT!!!!

That's so totally awesome! I wish you all the luck in the world. Weight Watchers worked so well for me. I felt like I was living the word of wisdom while I was doing it. If you need more support, let me know!

Holy crap, I wanna sign up. I NEED to lose weight Ash! Just know you're not alone. I hope you win. You totally deserve some new outfits and/or a vaycay. =)

Bo and I are on the same kick...personal trainer and weight watchers! So when we go to lunch sometime soon we can order for each other.
