Ducky Baby Shower

I LOVE LOVE LOVE planning parties. Here are a few decorations from a baby shower I did a few weeks ago for a friend in my ward. She is having a little girl the end of the Month. Good luck Ashlee (yes we have the same names and we spell them the same way. Our Mom's went to school together. LOL!)

SO cute. Hey, one of my bff's family owns Zurchers. She is in charge of their blog and is getting it up and running right now. If you ever do a party using any Zurcher's stuff, let me know. If you are willing to share the pix on the blog, you can get reimbursed for some or all of your purchases. They're also thinking of doing a big contest so I'll let you know if they do. How fun would that be? I'm sure you would win!

I also have a friend who lives in Delaware. She is a true-life party planner. She mostly does simple stuff like baby showers, kids birthday's, oh my you should see some of the slumber parties she's done! Sometimes she does bigger occasions like anniversary parties, weddings. You should do it! You are SO talented. And you know a lot of people so your name would get out quick. Don't let your dreams stay dreams!

When Molly (Zurcher) and I lived together, anytime we had friends over for even just dessert or a bowl of soup, we turned it into a party with the paper lanterns, a fun table runner, cute paper plates, etc, just whatever she had on hand. lol. Decorating is SO much fun and when you do it with cheap, disposable stuff, it's extra fun!!!

Oh, you should also check out hostesswiththemostess.com. I frequent that place just because they have the cutest ideas! They have a blog too.
