YES! Virginia does get a little bit of snow AND... they shut down the whole city when it does occasionally. The first couple of times it blew my mind and then I started to see how fast the snow turned to ice and the city's lack of snowplows. Not to mention the locals DO NOT know how to drive in the snow.
This is a few photos the week after Christmas. We couldn't believe how much and how fast we got the snow. CRAZY!
P.S. I am aware this is outdated, but we use this blog as a family journal/scrapbook so I wanted to include the white we did see this winter.
